Part of Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO) requirement is that each premise must have at least two keyholders and one of them must be available at all time. Each keyholder must be reachable by telephone and have a means of transport. Each keyholder must also be capable of responding quickly, day or night if their attendance is required. Our Keyholding & Alarm Response Service is designed in order to eliminate the risk and inconvenience of having to respond to out of hours activation by providing a fast response. Keys are held securely in our Alarm Receiving Centre (ROC) and in the event that your security alarm does not work or it is triggered, our uniformed security officer will attend your premises.
